Fingerprinting is available by appointment only.

Live Scan Fingerprinting is a service for School Districts provided by the Guy Fenter Education Service Cooperative.

If you are not employed by one of our school districts (this includes all subs), you will be charged a $10 fee, paid by cash only.

You Must Have Paperwork completed before arriving at the Co-op.

Monday-Friday 8:30-11:30am and 1:30-3:30pm

Live-Scan Fingerprinting Procedures

• All fingerprinting fees must be paid and forms completed online.

• Bring a print out of the Required Background Check Consent Form at the time of fingerprinting.
   

• To make the online payment of $38.25 for background check go to this LINK.  You Must have a Verification Code provided by your District/Employer to complete this transaction.

• You must bring a printout or screenshot of receipt for online payment with the Transaction Code to your appointment.
   

• This code will expire 14 days after payment. If the Live Scan is NOT completed in 14 days you will be required to make payment again.

License Renewal Procedure

• Complete Arkansas Child Maltreatment Central Registry Form

• Documentation of Professional Development Form
